I just want to make a quick comment about the field and in particular the firing range.  The position is very dangerous and personally I had some ricochet hitting near me.  At one stage, children were running around and could have easily run in between the marker and target.

Under no circumstances should a firing range be without netting, that area should be made safe and masks should be worn at ALL TIMES whilst in the firing range !!!!!

People are tending to treat paintball with too much of a relaxed attitude and it is only a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt.  I think everyone would agree that we must keep paintball safe for the longevity of the sport.

Lets get serious about safety.

I fully support and stand by you on the lack of safety. I have voiced and yesterday I personally sounded "Barrel Socks" to the walk-ins when they exit the playing field after being shot. Some of my guys refused to play there because of inadequate safety. Lets all be professional when it comes to safety, move the firing range or net it up. Cry

*nods* i fully agree!
some of them even took off their mask while still in the field. although the game's already over, its still not wise to lift up the mask.

the firing range should be where member's of TV were chrono-ing their markers. i think that place is rather safe. provided there're nettings.

Until netting is provided for a seperate chrono station/firing range, please use the field itself and always wear your mask.

I don't want myself or anyone I know responsible for making someone blind.............that would be very difficult to bare.  A few extra seconds of putting your mask on and walking into the field is worth it.

Even the part near the toilet is dangerous as sometimes someone might come out from the toilet unnoticed or from the slope. It's best to net up the whole area, left, right, front & back.

Well said...like what i mentioned earlier, the place is a time bomb. just waiting for an accident to happen. just do not know who that unlucky person will be.

This is exactly of my personal experience when i played that field the first time. The moment when i am out of toilet and noticed one of marker is shooting towards my direction... Angry
